I woke up this morning, on a Saturday, at 6am to take a shower and the water started coming up through the drain, and through the other shower drain, and the toilets wouldn’t drain either. ICK!!! I had used Rapid a few years ago and thank goodness I kept their card. I called them at 7am, totally expecting them to tell me they wouldn’t be able to help me until Sunday or Monday. But instead, they were at my house by 8:20am! He fixed everything quickly and efficiently and the cost was definitely reasonable. I have a house full of guests this weekend and we all need use of the toilets and showers, so I could not be happier with Rapid First! Thank you!
