I see that Chris has already been commended here, and I have to add another vote. He did an excellent job for me today, coming to unclog my sewer line just 1.5 hours after my call, doggedly hunting for the elusive buried cleanout plug in the dark, and then working on the obstruction till he had it completely cleared and all toilets back in business. Sabrina on the phone was also so excellent and helpful, as also mentioned here. Altogether a great experience!
